A Few Requests
Submitted by Coach77 on Thu, 20/11/2008 - 08:50.What would make this 100% perfect for me is the addition of 3 features...
1. Push to Microsoft Windows 2003 Media Server, for streaming other than Icecast
2. A 3rd Deck to load, when in manual mode the loading of decks are too slow
3. The ability to play a PANIC playlist (see Jazler or Audio Enhance DPS)
Other than that its great I just have to learn how to use it properly.
Plain ASCII "now playing" export & Programm mode display
Submitted by RoN on Sun, 05/10/2008 - 11:03.Besides the web export plug-in feature, a plain ASCII
file export either local or via FTP to a website.
This data can be included in a stream encoder like
"Edcast" as metadata. This provides now playing data to a
Icecast or Shoutcast server and such displays the now playing
information in the listeners players display.
Auto Start
Submitted by gregshap on Tue, 02/09/2008 - 11:15.I am using this to run an unattended radio station. I need to have a way to completely start the application, login and start the "automate" feature in case of a power failure and no one is around to restart things. Please let me know how to do this as its the only limitation I find in my use of it.
Thanks,
Greg
Harmonic Clashing
Submitted by PoEtRyX on Sun, 27/07/2008 - 12:47.When generating a song playlist, how about making it so the harmonic flow of the music runs better, (eg. 89 BeatsPerMinute song followed by 85 BeatsPerMinute song followed by 88 BeatsPerMinute song followed by 92 BeatsPerMinute song followed by 96 BeatsPerMinute song etc) so the player doesn't play a fast song then play a slow song?
Track editor
Submitted by MFM on Sat, 24/05/2008 - 08:27.Hi Emile,
Great piece of software! I got it up and running for a few months now on a local machine , just to see if it's doing the job right..and it does!Even the line in and 2nd sound card are doing what they are supposed too..
Easy to use and very stabile!
But there are just one or 2 things I really miss;(or at least couldn't find)
Why not MySQL?

Anyway, i want to make some suggestions:
