issues with program scheduling

Hi All,
I have installed version 2.5.7.21 and when i add grid\schedule\programs and right click CREATE PLAYLIST it gives me error "cannot add program elements to program, not enough songs matching criteria" but when i maually add tracks to program elements its all ok...
secondly, i have selected "automate" and system starts playiong random tracks (As a test i have created program which starts in next 10 minutes) but random track are playing on stoping one track it starts other in second player.
also, if i have a lecture or recorded program for 1 hour, i want system to pause after 30 minutes and insert a commercial and then resume the same track, is it possible or i will have to edit track and break into parts?

Hi Kaleem,
You can't create a playlist by running "generate playlist" unless you have defined rules and assigned them to the program for which you are generating a playlist.
In automate mode, BP2X doesn't leave blank air at all.
If you want to play silence, then add a program element which is a line in and set its duration to as many minutes as you want.
As for notifying presenters with due time for commercials, you keep BP2X in semi-automate or manual mode, but make sure you check the notify checkbox on the commercial player.
Semi automate will load the next scheduled program element as soon as the currently playing is stopped or 10 seconds before it ends. This facilitates the job of the presenter to only pressing the play button.
As for the lecture, you'll have to split into two files, 30 minutes each.
